Planning on buying a bottle tomorow to help with the anxiety; Is this something that I will notice the effects of (if working) right away or will I have to wait a few days. Thanks

It's an acute treatment. It hits in 5-15 minutes, and lasts maybe 10-12 hours. Watch the repeated doses thing. I got very irritable after using in a number of days in a row. I suspect it stresses another biochemical pathway (I haven't taken the time to fully understand the taurine metabolism), so use it as seldom as you can. You'll figure it out pretty quickly.
