Can I take sam-e with ritalin since they both act on dopamaine..
and has anyone experienced significant success from sam-e?? I browse around these forums about natural supplements like sam-e and the results are always very unimpressive such as they are very mild , minor change in mood..stopped working...no effect...Does any actually benefit substantially from natural supplements.??.whats the point of even trying them if theirs such little difference..

I took SAMe with ritalin and it was *WAY* too dopimanergic. It was extremely intense and made me almost psychotic. I would be very careful.
