Hi,
My estrogen levels are sky high (I'm male) and I need to lower them. What do you all recommend? I'm familiar with D.I.M and saw palmetto. Anything else I should look into? Thanks

(I had just decided to start on it again... sigh)

I don't believe that SJW will totally block any other actions you might consider (hormonal skin creams, black cohosh, or whatever).

Maca supposedly increases estrogen production. It certainly stopped my hot flashes for a few months. When I went back on it a second time (after taking the break that was advised) it no longer worked. It's good to know, though, that SJW does work against estrogen production. It's a factor to keep in mind and work against if I try it again.
Thanks,

It doesn't block estrogen, it breaks it down faster than normal, by inducing the liver enzyme that does that metabolic transformation. Just how much effect that has depends on the luck of your own genetic draw.
