Awhile back I remember someone getting relief from panic and agoraphobia from blueberry leaf extract. Has anyone had any positive experiences with it? If so, what brand do you use?

I got relief from depression from blueberry extract. The anthocyannins in blueberries are powerfull promoters of hippocampal neurogenesis. They also release dopamine, and are powerful antiinflamintories.

I take a "presedent's choice" - canadaian brand, which cointains 25mg of anthocyannins per cap. I take about three a day. They are costly however.

Linkadge, I've seen anthocyanins listed for ingredients in Elderberry and Bilberry also. Have you tried these also or is the Blueberry more bang for the buck when you consider the dopamine and antioxidant.
Do you know of any other supplements that are supposed to help hippocampal regeneration?
Thanks
Shawn
