> Red Bull soda makes me feel pretty good. I don't drink much at any one time. I have just two or three sips. It can't be the caffeine that makes me feel good because coffee and caffeinated sodas make me feel horrid. I see that taurine, vitamin B12, B6, niacin and pantothenic acid are among the ingredients. Does anyone else have a good response to this "energy drink"?

Yes, I also feel a lift in depressive symptoms. But this does not last very long and I crash some time afterwards, and feel more burned out than before. I dont know why exactly this is. sugar, caffeine, ... ?Roland
