SJW - Okay to take entire dose at bedtime?

Hello Everyone - Does anyone have any comments on taking my entire daily does of SJW at night rather than divided during the day? I'm trying to avoid everything and anything that could add to my daytime lethargy.

I always took mine all at once. If it helps you tolerate SJW by taking it all at night, by all means, go for it.
