Well, there are some proven cortisol regulators in there, but I have to wonder how much there could be, as the total of all the "proprietary" bits is only 266 mg. And why is the B-vitamin niacinamide down with the herbs?

Seems pretty expensive to me, for what you get. But then again, I've never used one of these proprietary concoctions. If I want to control cortisol, I just use ginkgo or Siberian ginseng.

I'd like to regulate my cortisol and my seems to go up and down randomly, and I often get terrible cortisol crashes.

What do you think would work best for that?? And what kind of amounts?? I' taking omega 3 oils.. and they cost a fortune!!

Thanks, and good to see you back

How do you know that? Sounds yucky.

Eleuthera (sp?), better known as Siberian ginseng. About 4 grams/day would be the upper limit of the ground root. Extracts as per label.

I`m cynical by nature, but one thing I`m sure about, if there were any diet pill that actually worked, it would be front page news in every newspaper, magazine and TV show in the world. Cecilia
