The good doc usually does not answer questions of medical advice or consult. But there are plenty here that will help with that question. From all I know, omega-3 are not contraindicated to use with a SSRI and plenty of people use AD's and Fish Oil together without problem.

The same safe doses that you would take if not on Paxil. i'm pretty sure the only problems you would have from taking excessive doses of omega-3s are potentially a somewhat inhibited clotting of blood and possibly have fish breath all the time.
i believe-- from what i remember having generally heard and read-- that the suggested dose for omega-3s is either 1g total of EPA and DHA per day or 1g each of EPA and DHA per day.
This is the end of the thread.
