As a basic fuel for all cells in the body, does it stand to reason that Creatine might improve mood via better brain function??
Thanks

There have been studies claiming creatine to improve memory. The effects are short lived and cease upon discontinuation.
Since creatine and weight-lifing go hand and hand, I bet the combo would definetly improve mood. Over time weight-lifting is proven to reduce cortisol and also positive endocrine benefits.
