I started taking turmeric powder, 20 teaspoons per day. This stuff really does work, although it tastes horrible.
Heres a study that showed it was more potent than prozac.

It said that the herb *significantly* inhibited MAOA but only inhibited the B form at higher doses.
I am noticing a boost.
