Vitamin B-6 has occasionally been shown neurotoxic in high doses (i.e. above 200mg/day), but that quite simply does not pertain to the other common B-vitamins found in your standard B-complex formulation. These nutrients are water-soluble, and thus need to be replenished each day. Any excess that the body cannot utilize is simply excreted. Absolutely no danger here.
