Hi Ron,
How are you? I have recently logged on and went through the Larry thread and I have to say I am very saddened by it. Maybe we should start a place, or maybe it already exists, where a person can post anything they like. Sometimes I feel Dr. Bob is trying to drive all the people away so he can shut the site down :(
Well, after almost a 3 week lifting of depression I am heading down there again. I stopped drinking milk and felt fantastic. I was able to work out and everything. I had parts of each week of the holidays off, but I started feeling better a week before that. Then, two days before I had to go back to work things headed south. I wonder how I can go from feeling almost "normal" to bad after one night's sleep? It is a mystery. So I start the same old feeling of just stumbling through life.
I thought I was on to something since my head tensions disappeared after quitting milk, but have returned the last two days. Not sure what to do anymore. I think I am on my last leg of being able to work.
I hope things have gotten better for you. I know we all seemed to be hurting in December. Maybe I should be thankful for my reprive from the illness. Take care Ron

What does your doctor say about all this, John? Oh how I wish you could experience long-term relief.
