So I've got to feeling somewhere that I would like to stay. Does anyone know what the most potent neuroprotectant herb, vitamin etc available ?
Unfortunately ginkgo changes my mood. What about Co-q10, vitamin E, etc ??
Anyone up on this type of information ?

I believe that the most potent neuro-protectant, anti-oxidant, liver protector and free radical scavenger is alpha-Lipoic acid.
