After three weeks of taking my suppliments to a serious level.... I feel better than I have in a while. I know I'm functioning better and certainly engaged in life more than the past few months. I was basically in a shut down mode.
So, I'm not sure, but something's working.
I'm hoping this continues-----Kelly

I'm glad something's working. Perhaps presumptuously, let me say that I'm sorry to see your preconceptions fall by the wayside.... ;-)

A healthy dose of "wonder if"... is always good. There are times, however, I have answered that question prematurely with "I bet not"... I'm happy to report I have fooled myself so far.
Your good advice has been a wonderful thing.
I hope each day gets a bit better for you... don't let me be the only one feeling pretty good. I want to share the good feeings!!
Take Good Care, couldn't do it without you.
Love,
Kelly

Thanks for posting that. I always doubted they would do anything. They have always been hard on my stomach.
After using a modified approach for close to two months. I think I was getting results. It wasn't a dagnabit, but it was helping. I complicated the scenario in trying to figure out what to add and what might interfere with Strattera and Adderall and got conflicted and never got started again.
I'll start again. Your post really made me realize I need to do it.
Especially, thanks to Larry Hoover. I have a computer file of clipped notes from these forums. Too many were named "Larry on…" and then magnesium, or glutamine, or fish oil, or whatever. I had to change the names to 'Nadh by larry' so I could easily get the right document by the first letter.

Kacy,
I can really relate to your history and concerns (stomach tolerance). I really went at it this time with a better attitude and I think that helped. I didn't have a great deal of "stick-to-ativness" with meds or suppliments. At the first blush of a problem, I would dump it.
I have started slow and honestly, have done well thus far and feel pretty good these days.
I'm proud to say my GI tract has been fine, too... the things we do get excited about.
Start slow and do what feels right for you.
Larry is the absolute BOMB and is so knowledgeable and helpful. I'm very thankful to and for him.
Best to you. Thanks for making me feel helpful.
Kelly
