Do vitamins have side effects?

Posted by sarita0001 on November 16, 2003, at 18:40:07

HI,

I've heard that some vitamins can have side effects, but definitly nothing close to synthetic drugs. Anyone know about which vitamins to watch out for?

Thanks.

You probably won't know until you try them. Sometimes I suspect it is not the vitamin so much as it is what's also in the tablet/capsule. I've taken CoQ-10 for instance without incident, but then tried a cheap brand from K-mart when it was on sale and felt sick and weird from it.
