HI,
I've heard that some vitamins can have side effects, but definitly nothing close to synthetic drugs. Anyone know about which vitamins to watch out for?
Thanks.

> Thanks. You probably won't know until you try them. Sometimes I suspect it is not the vitamin so much as it is what's also in the tablet/capsule. I've taken CoQ-10 for instance without incident, but then tried a cheap brand from K-mart when it was on sale and felt sick and weird from it.
