Hey Guys
I suffer from Leaky gut syndrome and hence find it hard to absorb magnesium. Can anyone recommend a good brand for magnesium. A lot of brands sell magnesium oxide which I have heard is very hard to absorb
Regards Robert

I don't know what causes leaky gut syndrome, all I know is that the docter did a lot of expensive tests and he said that I have it.

It could cause mental illness if you have a magnesium absorption problem.

I'd go with magnesium glycinate or magnesium taurate.
