inositol ,fish oil and blueberryleaf extract

Posted by Ron Jones on October 15, 2003, at 15:27:20

I was greatly helped by these things.Inositol has been tested like a drug for ocd, panic, and depression and hair pulling.it works but how?I had a 90% improvement from agoraphobia with blueberryleaf extract. It was very powerfull and i would like to have it tested to see how it works.Fish oil has been tested at Harvard Medical.Blueberry leaf extract was the most poerfull thing I have ever used.It must have somekind of effect on brain cells. This is true and I will talk to anyone about it.I just found it out by accident.it seems to make you better and you stay better without taking more of it.Nothing has ever done this for me.With one pill I was 90% better. This has got to be tested. It really saved me.

It seems to regulate blood sugar, and function as an antioxidant. You might also try Flavay and see if you get results. I believe that pine bark and grape seed extract, when combined in Flavay, have a higher ORAC value than blueberry leaf extract.

Hi Ron,

Could you recommend a dosage amount of Inositol for depression? I have searched but I cannot find anything. Do you have a link or an answer?

Someone mentioned taking 12 grams, but the product sold OTC has the pills at around 500 mgs?

Do they really mean to take around 24 of these 500mg pills a day to get the possible benefits of Inositol for depression?

Would that be safe to take that much? Thank you very much for your insight...
