5 HTP/SAM-e dosage SOS! SOS!

Hello,

I need some help ASAP. What will be the maximum dosage for SAM-e and 5 HTP combo?
My husband has symptoms of agression, anger and violent behavior (yelling around the house).

He did great for 1 week on the following dosage:
400 mg SAM-e morning, 5 HTP 50 mg
50 mg 5 HTP evening

I'm affraid to increase the dosage any higher because I don't know what is the maximum dose of 5 HTP and if it can be combined with SAM-e. He takes it for his male menopause and depression.

His symptoms are back and I need help.
