there is no administration anymore. whether the administration is sick, disinterested or fed up. It does not make sense to speculate too much. Anyway, it lacks responsibility. there is health data uploaded and not even identifiers thoroughly deleted. how can you conduct a study in the year 2017 about the effectiveness of such a website, but then it lacks responsibility and lawfulness afterwards (?). so the status quo must changed, another administrator appointed or switched to telegram. I think telegram could replace this website. I got the impression that some got addicted and depended on this website, however.

what it does is undermining the rights of people who do not know their rights. For example younger ones or blue collars and so forth. But actually no one should be above the law, not even the president who is forced to act withing the boundaries that the democracy sets. Dr Robert c. Hsiung however, does not abide by the laws and thinks that he does not need to change anything. He got a little Mao Zedong. From the standpoint that the chairman steals someones possession such as mental health ephi and controls it, he is imo a pervert. Hsiung maybe does not sell it. generating and sell is as far as I understand, not the same. That it could help does not justify that he does not revoke and unlawfully obtains. Larry nassar's gential treatment maybe could have had a positive osteopathic effect, but the treatment was illegal. You know, when I moved from Nevada to California, I immediately recognized that the differences concerning gun laws are strictly enforced. Every subtle difference signed into law is effectuated. This is not a banana republic and the hipaa and many other regulations that should protect people is not just ornamentation. I heartily wish all the best for your job search.

i don't know much about robert hsiung, let's just call him hsiung, we're on this board in almost 2020, running the board with obviously people running the server. And yes, dr-bob he had an ambition for this site in the 1990s, it went well until social media happened. Less posting boards, exept like reddit, etc....
don't want to write anything bad about him, whatever he does in his private time is his business. his entourage he hands around no telling what there up too. Good or bad, yes we know de bob all to well
