Hi Bob,
This opens to password registration. I cannot find anything about changing or registering a new email. Did I overlook something?

I think you did. You actually have to go down a little bit - second area underneath "Register for the first time" - then enter your name and password in the Update Registration section in order to *see* the screen where you can enter an email address.
