The notify button should be removed. It leads to incorrect expectations.
At the very least, it should be modified to reflect the very limited situations in which Bob considers important enough to bother himself with Babble. Like technical difficulties. And blocked posters, apparently.

I keep getting emails from one such blocked poster and copy & pasted from Bob that is fine for him to slip on and post. Oh he said if I posted this that babblers would say "why haven't you blocked said poster". I will eventually depending on contents of mail. Phillipa
