When I see these sorts of controversies I think of Leonard Cohen's great line, "The rich have got their channels in the bedrooms of the poor..." Alas, I think that under our late-capitalist economic system, privacy has been sacrificed in the interests of efficiency and monetization, which amount to pretty much the same thing.
