Help with name please

Dr. Bob:
I am a computer novice. I would like to change my posting name to "Snowflake" or "Snowflakes" . I have been trying to Register and re-register four or five times. I just can't do it. I babbled Dinah and she said I should contact you.
Would you please help me make this change.

Snowflakes should work. If your computer automatically fills in ColoradoSnowflake, just replace it.
