Yes, perhaps so.
I love line drawings. They are so evocative. I can see the spirit of the traditional photo much better in this. Possibly because it was night?

Still looks like www.befunky.com to me. That where the previous effects were from, anyway. I love that website! You should try it. You can nearly instantly apply one of 8 effects to any pic, and there's no signing up or downloading anything to your hard drive, except you can save the picture when you're done. For free, too.
I turned my favorite baseball players into cartoons and they look great. I also did one of my therpist's face from a pic on his website. Using Cartoonizer - my favorite. It was hilarious, and he thought so, too, when I sent it to him. Because it turns wrinkles, laugh lines, etc., into such deep, cartoon-type lines, and everything is exaggerated, he came out looking like a Klingon! Ridges everywhere.
I couldn't stop laughing over it. I'm *pretty* sure he wasn't offended....
