Same email you've had since you ever registered here?
If those aren't issues....I think it sometimes does not work right away, although ideally (since it's automated) the server would send one immediately. Technology....[sigh]
Maybe try it again, then if no email, please post here (Admin) with Dr. Bob somewhwere in your subject line, and tell him the problem. I am a deputy but we don't have access/knowledge to be able to fix that glitch....
