The 4 week block was Dr. Bob being leinent too. It was supposed to be 8 weeks.

It wasn't recent though, I just dug it up and it reminded me of the hurt. I'm ok now. It was like 3 years ago.

You might have had what is known as a "re-experience". Remembering an event sometimes produces feelings that are as intense as they were during the actual event. It can even feel like you have to go through a processing of the issues all over again in order for the bad feelings to disappear. But, as you discovered, these re-experience feelings can pass rather quickly.
I am glad that you are feeling better.
