Okay this person has talked to Bob about not being able to remember password and each time goes to registration says sorry wrong password. Why can this person not get on the site I thought you could change your password. Person did what Bob said and didn't work. Thanks there has to be a way. I'm sure once I changed mine when changed servers.Phillipa

I guess it's manic, as you mentioned it on another board.
Has he tried changing his name? Not just repeatedly trying his passwords, but whole new name?
If nothing is working, he will still have to wait for Dr. Bob. Deputies have no knowledge about or access to the server to be able to troubleshoot possible technical problems.
He can email me, if he likes and I can try to walk him through the screens. Maybe that would help as sometimes they are confusing.

Yup right as usual. He said the thing he did first before contacting Bob was to try and change his Name. Wish I could forward his e-mails to you as maybe you could figure out. Bob said keep trying. Then I suggested he use old name and says he did and always password wrong as he can't remember it. hence if he tries to post he can't. He's so frustrated. I said can't you change password as I did once myself. He says it doesn't work who knows???? Love Phillipa

10der you really are sweet I went to where your address was and fixed the hypen and at and sent it on to him. I do think it's very late at night there now. Thanks so much for taking the time. Love Phillipa ps also the board keeps shutting down for short periods of time. Site really. Says internet connection lost.

If you can get on other sites, but just not PB, it might be Babble's server.
If you can't get on other sites, that message is usually something at your end, modem, ISP, etc.
I haven't noticed anything today.
gotta run...I'll be on the lookout for any emails.

Yes it comes on and then off right now obviously on and can access other sites when off so it's babble. Wherever you're running have fun!!!! Love Phillipa
