Sorry - that was to Muffled. I was trying to be supportive. Instead I was confusing.
I was sorta saying that we (the poor, crazy, down trodden) get to holler at the bob (rich, less crazy, better car).
Vive les trodden was a pathetic attempt at humor related to Vive la France - long live France.

Thanks, that's an interesting angle. Do any of you think of me as having things you don't?

Yes. :)
You have the ultimate detachment. It allows you to at least *appear* to never be hurt.
I'm ambivalent about whether I wish that quality for myself or not.

Mebbe you don't get hurt, mebbe you have passing moments of irritation.
But you know you can shut us down.
You can delete at will with no repercussions.
You can ostracise purely at your own discretion.
Yup, you got power.
Thats why I back off.

You seem to actually know more about stuff than I think I know about stuff.
You have a nicer camera than I do.
You have an uglier couch than I do.
Sad that I've known you for four years and I can't think of more things.

Bob - I was being very concrete in my explaining to KK what I meant. My prior post to Muffy referred not to you "having things" that we don't. It was about you being the power-holder here. We, the down-trodden have none. You can squash any one of us at any time, or flush the whole site if you are bored.
I'm quite sure you have lots more stuff than I have.
But you can't buy empathy or people skills even with an MD salary.

And you(Bob) having power isn't necc an issue unto itself, there will always be those who have power over others whether we like it or not. But the issue lies with the fact that at times I feel you wield your power in ways that I cannot comprend and do not agree with.
Even with major poster dissent...
And then...you walk away...not saying a thing....despite entreaties...poof...

You wrote,[...in a..{perverted} way...].
I am unsure as to how the word {perverted could be meant in the above.Could you clarify what meaning that you are wanting to convey here as to your use of the word, {perverted}? If you could, then I could have the opportunity to respond accordingly.

fayeroe,
You wrote,[...accepted as right, normal, or proper...]
I am unsure as to what you are wanting to mean by what could be right , normal or proper. Could you then rephrase what the statement in question by Mr. Hsiung could be as to a statement that would be, in your opinion, {right, normal. or proper}? If you could, then I could have the opportunity to make the comparison of the one Mr. Hsiung wrote and your phrasing and then make my own determination as to what is {right, normal or proper}.
