In response to that you have posted that it is fine to discuss actions that you take and ask for rationales and such, the action that you have taken in the above post is what I have requested for us to have dialog about..
You have posted that the statement is question is approved here. However, you have also posted other aspects that determine as to if a statement is or is not approved by you here as to if prefaceing it with {I believe} does or does not make the statement in question approved to be posted here.

However, you have also posted that prefacing a statement with {I believe} is not always a way to make the statement approved to be posted here. This is what this discussion is about as to the action that you have taken concerning the statement in question here which I am requesting that we continue our dialog in regards to outstanding requests concerning your action in regards to the post in question here.
