Just to be clear on deputies

I have read a few threads above and thought we were suppose to write Dr Bob an email if we had issues with a deputy...yes or no please? I thought too there was a thing on impeachment...? Also if a post is offensive or hurtful are we not suppose to use the report to admin button or something?> If some can answer this for me it would be helpful and appreciated.

Also please be careful to post ideas for rule changes in such a way as to be sensitive to the feelings of other posters, such as posters who post jokes currently allowed under the rules.

Thanks Dinah and yes that is what I thought and was wondering why many diodn't just use that option instead of posting some things in here and other areas... I am being sensitive to others and just expressing how I feel and have been inpacted by some issues. I disagree with some things but still love said posters
