I believe that we need to have deputies that are not personal posters here. As much as one trys to remain neutural in theses matters, being a personal poster will influence your decisons especially enforcing the subtle rules. The power inbalance makes things unfair to both the deputy and to the other posters.
Maybe there are other "volunteer" postions that would not have impact on other posters directly.
We either need Dr. Bob or someone of his experience to be in charge of these matters. We need someone trained in mental health on how to handle matters, especially being experienced in leaving their issues out of the mix when decisons need to be made.I do believe that our deputies try to be unbiased, but it is very hard when they have personal relationship either with the poster they need to "punish" or with others they might not particular like.
I think we need somebody who is more neutral to the other posters. Duel roles do not work.

i agree...i tried to express my opion on this matter in an above thread..
i felt it was rejected and laughed apon...i felt it was full of little sarcastic undertows...

Using a posting name that contains the word deputy is quite likely to confuse the system, so I am blocking this name.
