Could you please explain what you mean by this question?

If people were born with their elbows on backwards, could one stick their elbow in their ear?

I would venture to say that Dr. Bob's absence is, at least in part, a calculated maneuver. Probably wants to see how we Babblers self govern. Plus he might just be extremely busy with life in the "real" world.
It would be nice however, if our benevolent dictator would ocassionally keep his Babbling subjects apprised of his condition. Bob I do hope all is just peachy in your world!!Peace out

I would say it's a lot more of this:
>Plus he might just be extremely busy with life in the "real" world.
And a smaller amount, of this:
> I would venture to say that Dr. Bob's absence is, at least in part, a calculated maneuver. Probably wants to see how we Babblers self govern.
Which translated doesn't mean I think you're terribly far off the mark ;-)
> It would be nice however, if our benevolent dictator would ocassionally keep his Babbling subjects apprised of his condition.Yes, a bit more of that would be quite nice. He does try, but seems extraordinarily busy right now :-(
--10derHeart, maybe just muddying up the already muddy waters
