What do you do if you get a nasty babblemail?

ANd can someone be blocked for being rude and coercive in a babblemail?

I just realized that I have no idea how to handle this.

Forward the babblemail with all headers and send it to Dr Bob. Put "psycho babble" in your message header so the email is flagged.
Babblemails are required to follow the same civility rules as other communications here.
