There is a link to an article (i posted awhile back) about internet sites that lead to dr./patient relationships.
"Inviting contact from site visitors may lead to inadvertent doctor-patient relationships, with ensuing legal duties. Statements made may be considered explicit warranties, which are subject to lawsuits when not fulfilled. "I am wondering about this in regard to Dr. Bob, he has babble parties and interpersonal contact. He is not acting in a purely "administrative" sense then. He is acting another capacity.
Also, what are "his" personal duties (not FAQ rules) concerning suicidal (self-harming) posters - not only as an administrator but as a physician?
I'm not sure, but I would like to know what Bob considers his duties. What about the dichtomy between personal interactions and "administrative" ones.
