there's no need to be scared of Dr. Bob.
(unless you are a rotisserie chicken, or a buttertart)I think he's okay. He's just kind of reserved.
I don't want you to shout at yourself too much. sometimes if you shout too loud and you hear the echo you might be frightened.
I think you're a formidable opponent, and a very important person around these parts, but maybe you can take a break from "admin" if you find your defenses "engaged".
Or maybe you can just bake some cookies and indulge in TreeJoy and forget about some of the more troubling things.
Somethings/some people we cannot influence, much less control. Sometimes we cannot even understand, and we are in a position of mercy.
I know it's a really hard spot for you to be in, but with your faith in good people, and your God, and your T, you can practice spending time in a position of mercy. It's terrifying, but ultimately leads to faith, and acceptance. If it doesn't turn out well, then you have learned something important too- that someone is not worth your trust/faith.
Do not confuse the "terror" you may experience during this lesson with *your* being unworthy of someone's love and acceptance and thoughts of benign support.
You're not sh*t, and you never have been. Even when someone treated you that way, you weren't sh*t. Even when you felt you were asking someone to treat you that way, you weren't sh*t. There is no aspect of my friend muffled that is sh*tty. Your poop. well, that's natural, not sh*tty.
I'm gonna miss you, friend. Do take good care and try to be around when I whisper "muffled home?" if I need to stop by your cave on my travels. When I get back, I'll send out a loud holler your way. You better not be blocked-- I'd be SO sad and mad, and probably would be forced to consult the ADMIN board to figure out what happened.
