>Dr. Bob- after you have addressed Zazenducky's issue above, I refer you to the following thread.

At the time I had to discontinue my plea because it was making me ill.
Now I am "recovered" enough to re-enter the ring.
In this thread you wrote that you usually don't consider making new rules retroactive. I asked you to reconsider the length of the posters who are currently blocked.
I ask you, once again, to reconsider the length of the blocks of posters who are currently blocked. I will attempt to reframe the issue: It is not a RETROACTIVE rule, because the block exists currently.
If you refuse to consider the effects that your blocking policies have, I request a retrial of everyone who is currently blocked.
That's right, a retrial. Zazenducky has brought new evidence to light for at least one currently blocked person.

Now I will try to inspire you-Teachings of Buddha, commented on and revised by Venerable Thich Naht Hahn.
..."The Ninth Mindfulness Training: Truthful and Loving Speech
Aware that words can create suffering or happiness, we are committed to learning to speak truthfully and constructively, using only words that inspire hope and confidence. We are determined not to say untruthful things for the sake of personal interest or to impress people, nor to utter words that might cause division or hatred. We will not spread news that we do not know to be certain nor criticize or condemn things of which we are not sure. We will do our best to speak out about situations of injustice, even when doing so may threaten our safety."

The last sentence is one of the most important components of civility. It's what prevents holocausts, and other atrocities. Zazenducky is very very committed to this element of civility. So are other active and blocked members of psycho-babble.
Are you committed to this? Can a civil psycho-babble exist when injustices remain uncorrected?

Alex really tried to stay within the spirit of the guidelines and frequently assessed her own contributions and apologised.
