Dr Bob,
I've just tried to reset my password again as I wanted to turn my babblemail. I asked for a reset and was expecting to receive a confirmation code by email. But I still haven't received one. I always seem to hit problems when I try to reset my password. Can you advise please?

You don't have to reset your password to turn on your babblemail.
1. Go to:
https://dr-bob.securesites.com/cgi-bin/pb/signup.pl
2. Scroll down to the "update" section, enter your current name and password, and click the button.
3. Change your babblemail choice.
4. Click "submit".
And that should do it!

Hi,
Well that's the problem I can't remember what my password is. When I post a message it's there by default so I never have a problem with that.
So when I try to switch my babblemail on by entering my id and password I can't because I don't know what my password is.
Can you help?
Next time I'll keep a note somewhere of what my password is.
