Well, I doubt that Dr. Bob would allow that. But as far as I know there's no rule against posters emailing each other and discussing posts. So if you were to exchange email addresses with a poster who would like more than three requests for review, and conduct off board discussions of Babble, which might include the discussions of posts, and decide in those discussions that there are posts that ought to be reviewed but that your email correspondent has sadly reached his or her limit, there is nothing to stop you from bringing your own concerns through the proper channels.
Unless Dr. Bob thinks that would be improper.

Why? I thought the rule was to prevent an excessive work load for the deputies. How would it be more work if I donated my requests directly rather send them in myself?
Since it's a new rule could we get an answer from Bob please per your stated preference?

It's great to support other posters, but no.
