why am i here?

I think I need to stop reading admin. I get upset when I feel that there is a threat to a place I consider safe (not to say that there is or isn't a threat - it's just a feeling that has been triggered for me that has a number of connections to my past) or when I feel that other people are upset.

The simple act of asking that question, for me, was extreamly important and I wish to thank you.

I have times when I stop reading and / or responding on admin too. Sometimes... It just gets me down. It always does blow over, however. I used to feel really upset when I thought there was a threat too. Really very. I don't tend to feel so upset any more because the perceived threats come and go and I guess I've got more faith that they too shall pass. But that being said, sometimes it gets to me, yeah. You can always stop reading for a time, or stop reading certain threads that you think are likely to leave you feeling down. There will be plenty of time to play on admin later :-)
