Why is there a shocked smiley face beside the link?? And why is there not a link to it on everypage?

That's the number of posters in chat at the time. I assume that if there's something that looks like a shocked smiley, there must be 0 posters in chat.
I wish Dr. Bob would link it and the number of people chatting on each page.

LoL I feel silly, everytine I see that ":0" I wonder what the significance is. Now it makes sense. I agree, it would be nice to see if there are users on.
