Not that it wouldn't be okay to question admin decisions here, right? It's what keeps this board the err...interesting place it can be at times ;-) Seriously, I think bringing your questions about these things here is a good thing.
And just FYI in the future, I think it's best not to quote uncivil parts of posts that have been PBC'd. If I'm not mistaken, that's considered uncivil as well. What you can do (and really helps out Dr. Bob when you're wanting him to look at a thread/post) is post the URL to the post you're commenting on here, he can just click on it :-)
