I was just wondering whether the civility rules, PBC's and blocks began when Psychobabble began, or did you add them later, as the site evolved?

Theres a few of us here who pre-date civility rules. They weren't here from th ebeginning. Way back when, PB was a *very* different place.. only one board, not all that many posters.. but the place has changed, and thus, rules had to be bought in.
For better or worse.. who knows. There were very real reasons they were bought in, but to tell the truth, PB as it is now, can barely be compared to what PB was 6+ years ago.
