This has happened more than once to me. I complete a post in answer to someone else's post, refresh the screen, but my post doesn't appear. I know I posted it correctly but it's gone.
Does this happen to anyone else?

You know you posted it correctly because you got the confirmation message? That always has a link to the new post, which you can save...
Or, maybe they got moved when I was redirecting?
