Name change

I used to post as Klokka, though haven't done so regularly in a long time. In any event, I think I may be jumping in a bit more often now and find my old username a bit abrasive-sounding, so decided to change.

Welcome back! I remember you and hope you are doing well. Never minded Klokka at all, but name changing to suit changing things for posters seems to be running rampant here lately...and it's pretty fascinating!

Love your new name...reminds me of the color blue, French (the spelling) and coffee....like if a French roast coffee was created somehow to be a beautiful, deep blue color...interesting to drink...(oh my, I digress, don't I!)

Although, often *blue* here at PB tends to refer to depression...:-( hope not this time.

Glad to see you again, anyway. Pardon my silly ramblings. Weird day.

Hi 10der! I hope all is well with you as well. I remember you from last summer.

As it happens, I just got home from a five-week French immersion in another town, and since I find it hard to write in one language and listen to music in another, I bought a CD pretty much at random. One of the tracks I particularly liked was "La java bleue," apparently meaning a sort of dance. (Of course, the association with coffee is what probably hooked me onto the song.) Being away from home, I felt more alive than I have since, well, ever, and even though returning has largely undone that, I'd like to try and keep it up as much as I can in places like here where it's safe to do so. So no, thankfully no association with depression.

Nothing wrong with rambling; I'm quite fond of it myself. And I love the idea of a deep blue French roast... if only I had some around, I might just have to go nuts with food colouring and hope it works. :-) Hope to see you around!

Thanks! You're sweet! :-) (nm) » javableue
