1) It seems that some form of the long-debated 3-complaint rule has been put into effect, but it is not clear exactly how it works. Could you please update the FAQ section to explain it?

2) Also, could you add the 3-post rule to the FAQs, too?

I reckon these are two rules that members should be made aware of.
