Lou's request to DR. Hsiung-TknHeds

Dr. Hsiung,
I am requesting that you write a determination as to if it isacceptable or not in reation to the guidlines of the forum for the folloing.
The poster uses a subject line and the body of the text to write,[...{So}me peoPle have too much time on their hands...].
My overiding concern here is that in a mental-health discussion forum, is it conducive to civic harmony and welfare here to post a post of that nature that follows a serious administrative discussion?
The use of the caps in the subject line could have the potential to have readers,IMO, focus on the two letters,{SO}, that are the letters uses in the name of the poster that is involved,IMO, in a serious administrative discussion here.
But what if this discussion was ,say, in The House of Reprsentatives, or the House of Commons, or the Trial at Nuremburg? Would someone saying that in those forums be acceptable to say ,{...some people have too much time on their hands...}?
Now what if it was said in a disco? But is this a disco?
Lou PIlder
