I am requesting that you write a determination as to if the following is acceptable or not in relation to the guidlines of the forum.

Thanks, AK, for clarifying that. I just today realized it was MY post being referred to. My 'senior moments' just get longer and longer.
For what it's worth, folks, I had no one person in mind, it's just that every forum I've ever joined has had members who seem to create problems or cause harm, and a way to deal with them. That's all I was thinking!
And, there was NOT a Babbler I had in mind, because you wouldn't believe some of the forums I belong to!! In fact the forum I was thinking of most recently was about banjos!! :-0
