DR. Hsiung,
I am requesting that you consider the following in relation to your determination as to the acceptability or not of the post in question.
Firstly, this being a mental-health board has some sort of understanding by the posters that calling attention to our disabilities and infirmities could have the potential, IMO, to be an extreamly hutfull statement. Statements like he or she, is an id*iot, or is stupid, or is crazy, or he doesn't know what he/she is talking about, or he/she is a sick person, or is not a sane person, or other similar statements.
Secondly, is it necessary that the poster write,[...he doesn't sound like he is well at all...]. If so, for what purpose does the statement fill? Could not the statement ,in your opinion, have the potential to arrouse ill-will toward the person in question that the statement is directed about? Is it not defamation to the poster that the poster directs the statement about?
Lou
