This is what comes of not posting for several months- I have no idea of what babblemail is. Can someone steer me in the right direction on how to use it?
Thank you!- judy

Hi Judy. I'm by no means an expert. But you see how some people's names are lit up and underlined in "posted by ..."? Those people have on Babblemail. If you turn yours on as well, you can just click their name and Babble acts as an intermediary. You can in effect email them, but they don't see your email address - it all goes through Babble. And if you want to reply to a babblemail don't for heavens sake hit reply! It goes to babble. You have to click on a link in the text of the babblemail and it will bring you to a screen where you can reply to the babbler - again through Babble.
You can turn on Babblemail by reregistering (no, you don't have to take the test again) and checking the "turn babblemail on" box.

I recently changed my posting name by re-registering. When I re-registered under the new posting name, I selected YES for babblemail, however, it showed as being off when the re-registration was confirmed. I updated my registration a couple of times after re-registering to see if it would work, but it remains inactivate. Does anyone know what the problem may be. It's not a big issue, but if anyone can help, I would appreciate it.
Thanks.
Tamara

Sorry, I think it's a bug. It should work when this board rolls over, though. Thanks for your patience,
Bob
