Sorry if my *ss reference was uncivil though personally, it's not even close to being a strong enough term for what that man has done to me. IMO he deserves every explicative in the book. He really has no business being a doc at all if he breaks confidentiality and the whole time assures me that I can trust him and it's just between he and I. Rather than he and I and the insurance company and every other doctor and employee that sees my record in my own place of business.

I understand. What did he do to you? That might convey it best. At PB Psychology...

I work in the same medical center as nasty Pdoc does. He put information, that he totally assured me would remain confidential, just between he and I - in the confines of his office, in my main medical chart. So for every appointment that I've had with other doctors - that information has followed me around without my knowledge. It's really awful. And even worse, since I work here, that really limits what actions I can take, because I have to be so careful about who finds out what. I got the records because I wanted to read about a recent surgery that I had, and lo and behold, there are all of my mental health files. It's terrible and I can't believe that he was so careless, judgemental and deceitful.

I have put this on the Psychology board.
